When I first started league I was a Soraka main. I later shifted to a Nami/Karma. I could give good arguments for any of the 4 enchanters you listed. But first I will say, I recommend you play whoever you have the most fun with. For me, it was Nami. She has better harass and engage potential than all of the other enchanters.
